Sena  has over 15 years experience advising clients in merger & acquisitions, cross-border investments, banking and finance including project finance, ship finance, yacht and superyacht finance and trade finance, energy, real estate & construction, private equity, ship, yacht and superyacht sale and purchase and aviation.  

Sena also advises private clients on family and investment structures, immigration and employment matters. She also represent clients in administrative tender processes.

After working 13 years at two prominent Turkish law firms and two years at a London based international law firm, she founded Heuvels-Uras Law Firm in 2019.

Sena is a graduate of Marmara University, School of Law (2004) and is registered with Istanbul Bar Association (2005). She speaks fluent English, French and conversational German.
