M. Mertcem Özırmak is part of Heuvels-Uras team assisting in all fields of practice that the Firm engages in.

After completing internships in various law firms during his studies, he started his legal career in Heuvels-Uras Law firm as legal intern.

Mertcem is a graduate of Bilkent University (2024) . As part of his academic development, he participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster (2022) in Germany. He is registered with Istanbul Bar Association (2024). Mertcem speaks fluent English and conversational German.
