Berk has over 12 years’ experience advising clients in commercial law, any type of dispute resolution (ie negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation), shipping and transportation law, labour and employment law, debt recovery, and recognition/enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments.

After working 8 years at a leading Turkish law firm, Berk joined Heuvels-Uras law firm as Partner in 2019.

Berk is a graduate of Istanbul University, School of Law (2013) and is currently reading his masters degree in Economy Law at Galatasaray University. He is registered with Istanbul Bar Association (2014). He speaks fluent English.
